I was very impressed when I was welcomed with the same energy that you will give to a person who arrived early in the morning. I was made to feel comfortable and was assisted with great pleasure. I also received more than I actually came for, as I was referred to a mechanic that would help with the dent in my car and also had my chipped windscreen fixed free of charge.  Thank you again. My insurance Dial Direct referred me to the Easyway assessment centre in Menlyn and already I was bracing myself for bad service. When I could not get the directions on google maps, I called the call centre and was assisted by Lavern and she effortlessly, surely with a smile on her face, assisted me by giving directions. When I got there an assessor helped me....also effortlessly. I was expecting to be there for at least 30 minutes and in 5 minutes I was done. Wow!!! I was involved in an accident late afternoon after work. Phoned in to lodge a query early the next morning. Got an appointment for the vehicle assessment within two hours on the same day. When I arrived at the assessment centre, I was welcomed with a fresh cup of tea and friendly smiles. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the EasyWay team and they made, what is supposed to be a very awful and nerve wrecking experience, a complete breeze. Well done team! I had an accident on Sunday evening and Dialdirect sent me to Easyway Centre for assessment. I was getting lost and running late. I got a call from one of the Consultants being concerned about my whereabouts. I was close by but they gave me directions and I got to the centre in one piece. The lady offered me all sorts of coffees and the assessor assessed the car and my windscreen had a chip, which I was advised they could fix while busy with assessment.  I am over the moon, very happy. My assessment was supposed to be at 14:00 but I arrived at 10:00. Upon arriving Richard was very helpful and offered me something to drink. He then called my assessor Meshan. Meshan was a very good sport and took me through the assessment of my vehicle very well. He was honest with me and I understood well. The service at Easyway is impeccable.
